Hi, I'm Belén, the owner of Little Paws Miami!
I've always loved animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I believe every pet has their own personality, routine and little things that make them feel comfortable and happy.
I also work as an early childhood teacher, where I care for and work closely with young children every day. It has taught me patience, attention to detail and how much routines, safety and clear communication matter. I bring that same care to every pet I look after.
That's why I created Little Paws Miami: to provide thoughtful, dependable and personalized care while families are away. My goal is simple. I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is in caring, responsible hands, and I want your little one to feel safe, loved and at home.

Policies
Clear and simple, so everyone knows what to expect.
Cancellation
To cancel or modify a booking, just let us know as soon as possible. Fees are a percentage of the booking total.
Holiday and extended overnight bookings may have different cancellation terms. Fees may be waived in cases of genuine emergencies.
Payment
ZelleCash
Payment is due before the scheduled service or upon completion, as agreed when booking. Future bookings may be declined while a previous balance remains unpaid.
Booking & rates
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed on the service, date, time and price. Rates may change in the future, but new rates never apply to a booking that's already confirmed.
Home access
Access can be by key, lockbox, door code or building access. Please share accurate instructions. All keys, codes and access details are kept secure and confidential.
Pet care & medications
Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, behavior concerns, fears, escape tendencies or dietary needs.
Basic medications are given only when clearly labeled, provided with written instructions and agreed in advance. We don't provide veterinary services. If your pet needs a vet, we'll contact you or your emergency contact as soon as possible.

Do we meet before the first booking?
Yes. Every new client gets a free meet & greet, so your pet can get to know me and we can go over routines, feeding, care instructions and home access.
Which areas do you cover?
Walks and pet visits are available in Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Sunny Isles and Edgewater. Overnight stays are available all over Miami.
What are your hours?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:00 to 10:00 PM, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. Overnights are on Friday and Saturday nights. I'm not available on Thursdays.
Will I get updates while you're away?
Yes. You'll get photos and updates during visits and overnight stays, so you always know how your pet is doing.
How do you get into my home?
By key, lockbox, door code or building access, whatever works best for you. All keys, codes and access details are kept secure and confidential.
Can you give my pet medication?
Basic medications, yes: when they're clearly labeled, provided with written instructions and agreed in advance.
What if my pet gets sick or there's an emergency?
I'll contact you or your emergency contact right away. Please share your vet's details before your booking. I don't provide veterinary services.
Do you care for cats and other pets?
Of course! Cats, dogs and small pets are all welcome.
How do I pay?
By Zelle or cash, before the scheduled service or upon completion, as agreed when booking.
